Start your week off right—have fun while exercising both your mind and body! No previous experience is necessary. Steps are demonstrated, reviewed, and cued throughout the class. Come join the fun!

Wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes, bring a water bottle, and feel free to bring hand weights (5 lbs or less).
