Join Extension Educator Mercedes Moffett for an engaging introduction to safe, effective food preservation. Discover the essentials of when and how to preserve your harvest, explore the differences between preservation methods, and understand why proper technique is key to success. You'll also learn important updates—such as how today’s vinegar concentrations can impact your canning plans—so you can preserve your produce with confidence.
