Whether you're a beginner or have previous martial arts experience, Tae Kwon Do offers something for everyone: Physical Fitness, Self Defense & Self Improvement, Respect & Discipline, Build Confidence & Make positivity louder in your life.
Personal goal setting: Challenge yourself to complete each new & exciting belt level of TKD, all the way up to Black Belt! Testing will be conducted throughout the year with a visit from our Master Instructor, 6th Dan Master Todd Gibbon.
Practice Individually or with your Family. We welcome & encourage families to practice together. Taekwondo is a martial art for everyone. (The 4th member of the household gets a free membership)

6 pm-6:45 pm

Adults: (Beginners only):

7 pm-7:30 pm
