Northern Outdoor Club is all about adventure, fresh air, and fun! Kids will explore the great outdoors through hiking, games, nature activities, and seasonal crafts—building confidence, friendships, and a love for nature along the way.
Nature Water Experiment
When: October 14th
Where: The Elementary Pavilion
Time: After school to 4:30
Child care is available until 5:30 upon request
Each student will be able to test their own theories by making a water filtration system with different materials. We will compare our experiments by running some clean water tests to see the results! A very individual, hands-on, sensory-based class!
Mini Birch Bark Canoes
When: December 11th

Childcare is available until 5:30 upon request
Make one or more mini birch bark canoes with just birch bark and artificial sinew! Keep yours as a blank canvas or add some flair with a little wood burning or paint! These make great little gifts or tree ornaments.
