Martial Art of Tae Kwon Do
Whether you're a beginner or have previous martial arts experience, Tae Kwon Do offers something for everyone.
Physical Fitness: Focusing on stretching, coordination, balance, kicking & punching techniques.
Self Defense & Self Improvement.
Personal goal setting: Challenge yourself to complete each new & exciting belt level of TKD, all the way up to Black Belt! Testing will be conducted throughout the year with a visit from our Master Instructor 6th Dan Master Todd Gibbon.
Respect & Discipline: Practice in an environment that will connect you to the martial arts traditions such as; bowing to show respect, structured gym etiquette, forms (patterns of techniques) and even learning a little of the Korean language. If you make the decision to continue with your training, uniforms will also be available for order.
