Come and join the fun! Our class has light stretching and simple movements that are repeated 3 times within each song. We practice the movements before we try them to music. We listen to some fun Latin tunes as well as songs you know well. YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE DONE ZUMBA BEFORE. Come and join us to start your week off well!
